DVDeBook SECURE SHOPPING At DVDeBook.com your order process is secured with the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. SSL encryption provides you with the freedom to shop online without the fear of your credit card information being stolen.

SALES TAX DVDeBook only collects sales tax (8.25%) on orders shipped within Texas. For areas outside of Texas, please check with your local tax authorities regarding any local sales tax liabilities. Non-US customers, please note that DVDeBook is not responsible for duties, taxes and GST. You are advised to consult your local government import office if you have questions .

SHIPPING DVDeBook ships worldwide. The shipping methods you may chose are USPS Media Mail / USPS Air-Mail. All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of receiving your order. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. DVDeBook does not take responsibility of the merchandise lost in Mail and only guarantee that it will mail the merchandise. Regular Shipping and Handling Charges Per Item. RETURNS If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a return authorization from DVDeBook(see exceptions above). Returns are subject to a restocking fee, depending on the condition of goods and packaging material. For an RA number (Return Authorization) on returns please contact Returns@dvdebook.com . All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original condition, including materials, inserts and all accessories.  We reserve the right to refuse any item not in good condition. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused.

PAYMENT METHODS Orders on our website can be paid with Paypal. Use the website to pick out the products you want. Enter the Quantity, Item Number and price for each item.
